Does anyone else feel like their job is too much? I'm learning a lot, good salary and working in a prestigious company. but I've been working 10+ hour days since the start of 2025, total 50-60 hour workweeks - I feel tired and my health is taking a toll.

The idea of finding a job were I can work 30-35 hours a week sounds really nice, even being willing to take a salary cut. Has anyone had a good experience switching to a less stressful job? Or do they even exist anymore?

I've heard of people doing that, and I have to assume for some of them it works out fine. Being a skeptical person, I always assume that jobs will grow around you, and taking what you assume is a less stressful role may not work out as anticipated. I wouldn't want to take a pay cut and move into a new role and find out that I just have a new set of problems, which can turn out to be equally time-consuming.

I think they are out there still, just a matter of being intentional when looking. Making sure the company culture supports that is a big one. I’ve worked those less stressful jobs on paper, but with how the company operated, they were somehow twice as stressful.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.
