All we do is make big brands even bigger, let them drive up the cost of media so that no small companies can break through. And then, on top of that, we maintain this lie that you need constant iterations of work – when we know one ad for ages would be better. And that's not even taking into account the ethics of the companies we're promoting, the fact we all award-baited Ukraine and then ignore Palestine.

Can you sell your used shrm cp books from the learning system? If so where?

My company covers in depth results each week, including meetings set/attended, wins, revenue, retention etc. I feel as if evaluating in such depth is detrimental to the psyche, as you never get to “ride the high.” In addition, some weeks are simply slower than others, and it’s not always representative of what the results at the end of the period or quarter will be. Is this not a big deal, and I’m I placing too much importance on it? Or is it beneficial to review results less frequently?

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?
