My base loc is Bengaluru, but currently I am not mandatorily required to work from office, and have been working from home since I joined Deloitte in July. EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY

I have to walk downstairs and scan a QR code to stop my alarm. Then I sit on the couch for 10-15 minutes and plan my workday before hitting the shower.
I found that I need a little time to wake up too. I hate the idea of waking up and then having to stand all morning while I shower and get ready.
I average almost 7 hours of sleep a night. I just love sleeping.
I also stay 30 mins in bed before I get up. I’ve embraced it as part of my morning routine, and I’ve noticed I like the slower pace to start the day
Have kids 🤦🏼♀️ haven’t had to use an alarm in three years 😂 ...😭
I used to set two alarms. Now I’m setting 6. That explains it all
I don't have that but I have been sleeping late and getting up late due to wfh which leaves me no margin on some days, wake up, meeting in 10-15.

Walk to the bathroom to pee or brush your teeth. That’s should wake you up. Or sleep with blinds open so sun light can get thru.
I started working out in the mornings. Yeah it takes a few weeks to get in the groove and, yes, you have to be motivated. But if you sincerely want to change then I highly recommend it. I keep the same schedule on Sat and Sun, too. So it's just part of waking up and getting my day started.
