Does anyone ever just settle into their current job role / level? I've done my role for 5 years now, I have the chance to apply for a senior version of my role but it does come with added stress and responsibilities (and money) but I'm only 26 and I am debating if I need that when I've already pushed for the first few years of my career. I don't want to regret not going for the role? Has anyone ever done that?
