Preparing for my final round case interview and I’ve realized that whereas prior to the first round I was pretty comfortable with casing, now I’m less and less so since I’m increasingly anxious that I could not come up with the right buckets. I’m also doing more untraditional cases at times which makes me feel like I’m not performing that well. Has anyone experienced similar things? How did you cope with it/What’s your advice? FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

If you decide to move down a level in your next role, for learning purposes and for more wlb, is that frowned upon by future employers and looks bad on your resume? I've been think about it but haven't pulled the trigger. Also fear that getting a lower level job will be tough if they see me as 'over-qualified'. For context, this would be going from a director role to a SM or Manager role.
