Does anyone have a recommendation for a good course on preparing for the Securities Industry Essentials exam? I have tried the practice test but was wondering if there was anything else that would be good to look at?

Hello everyone. I am looking to transition into the medical writing field, but I don’t seem to have the right type of experience. I have technical writing experience, but I don’t have experience with clinical studies or clinical trials. Does anyone have any advice on how I can gain more experience in this field? So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa.
