Does anyone have a side gig as a PM? I work from home and would love to make some extra cash working a little on the side (<10 hours a week). If anyone does this where do you find these gigs? The usual freelancer sites?

I am booked at an agency that is filled with toxic people and I got offered a freelance job at a really great agency. I am two weeks into a four week booking but they said that usually keep freelancers on for a really long time. Right now I am only working on edits. Do you all think it would be OK to tell the agency that I’m currently at that I’m going to leave for another booking or is that really bad?

With all these redundancies happening, how can we as a community help each other? We had a thread about new job opps, but it didn’t get much traction... Shall we try again?

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

We have an org chart in our dashboard ATS/HRIS and so I clicked on my first day buddies name just for fun.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? I want to put in at least a two week notice, but will continuing my work after that be weird?

Using declare, set function in SQL and in my declare function I am returning the following error:
“Cannot coerce expression (SELECT SUM(…”

Can’t find anywhere as to what this error means.

Although when I run the set query by itself, the sql does run correctly. But the error seems to occur when I add the SET function and using an open and close parenthesis around the query I am setting my
Variable to. Any idea as to what is causing this error?

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.
