Can anyone shed some light on quant funds please? https://groww.in/mutual-funds/escorts-tax-plan-direct-growth
I am seeing stellar returns and extremely low expense ratios but apparently since they're quantitatively managed algorithms, they don't account for things like corona for example.
My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

I have the blue cash everyday preferred, but not linking the two for points. Not sure if it's even possible. But the blue cash is really good for grocery shopping since it gives 6% cash back for groceries
Word. Blue cash card is solid
The blue cards are not eligible for membership rewards.
Blue Cash (no annual fee) and Blue Cash Preferred (annual fee better cash back percentages ) are cash back rewards cards hence the "cash" in the name. You can not earn membership rewards on either blue cash cards so therefore can not link to your corporate card to increase your membership reward points accrual. That being said, I have been/am a card holder of all three AmEx cards discussed. I upgraded to preferred from blue cash because of the added cash back incentives. It is a great card and my primary CC.
Blue cash Preferred has rewards. Not the blue cash
I have preferred as well. $75 fee. I use it for groceries and gas, which as long as you spend ~$7000 a year makes it worth it...the rest goes on Amex Starwood. Can't book work stuff on personal anymore...I miss that :( still haven't really figured out how to benefit from the corp Amex points system...
I use Corp Amex points for rental cars and hotels on vacation; the airlines they link to don't work for me
I just use them for uber
You can link cards. When you want to leave firm, open your own Amex, and move points
I just move points when I plan to use them. Corporate Amex has better value for travel redemption, but I mostly use points for Amazon.
^call Amex and they move the points.
They charge you an additional fee if you want both cards linked as opposed to moving balances like described above.
