I am a Design Engineer, Mtech + 4 yrs.
Current pay at Intel- G6
Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?
How much can I expect base and RSU from NVIDIA?

Ask HR when you start interviewing. I got 37.2 as base for 8 YOE backend engineer scala. CTC was 40, and I didn’t ask more. But I knew another guy got 35 LPA for same role as mine with 6 YOE. So I am hopeful for 50 LPA for your case.
HR mentioned I can get RSUs if my last company was giving RSU hence didn’t get any. However another person in my team got stocks worth 2Lac each year and didn’t use to get stocks from earlier company. Annual bonus is 8% which is paid in two parts i.e. 25% around July and 75% around March.
Guys, they are offering me ~32 base with 6 Yoe. Is it good?
