So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. It’s hard to know what type of people should be assigned, and at what % time, when there isn’t a preexisting process or work breakdown structure for the deliverables I’m being handed to “manage.” How do/would you handle?

The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company. It’s never straightforward even for simple entries. There’s things like settlements which confuse the crap out of me. I’m curious if it’s just my company or if every sophisticated accounting department will have non traditional ways of posting their journal entries.
