I have private debt and private real estate funds that are held in my fidelity account but managed by a third part advisor.

Generally yes. I did it for that same reason, to lower my portfolio volatility and risk. My private debt funds are doing fine. ~9%. One of my private debt funds had a foreclosure in the portfolio. That reduced the return to like 1% but I think that it will come back up when they sell that asset. My real estate funds are mostly retail or large multifamily funds. Those are doing well but all are intended to rehab and sell the properties. I’ve been in ~3 years and have only seen one sale so far. That one was a strip mall they bought it for something like $12M and sold for $18M so that seemed good. Many of these private funds are not liquid and you are locked in for ~5 years. In the meantime, they are cash flow positive but that not where the long term gain is supposed to come from.
My $15k usdt was drained from my wallet. So AssetResolute is the only one helping victim of con-artists. Thanks getting back what was lost.
