This is an intriguing idea. I am not familiar with e-ink displays, but my migraines also improved when I switched monitors.
Thank you for sharing this info. I also looked into blue light screen filters and blue light glasses.
And of course working less :)
Wow, I feel foolish, I must be out of touch, this is the 1st I have heard of e-ink. Maybe I have used it and don’t know its name.
Kindle was the first to really use it main stream. So you'd probably recognize it - it's just putting a name to it.

An exposed window with lots of natural light, and soak your feet in hot water. It’s dumb, but works wonders. That drastically reduced my work migraines.
Nah if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I use a Cefaly along with medicine. But borrowing my son's phone so I could actually look at a screen made during a migraine me wonder if my eyes could feel this good all the time!
I'm looking at the Bigme monitor and the new Modos external monitor devices. The Modos Flow should be really cool.
The problem is there are slow. Maybe get an iPad and lower the brightness.
😂😂 If you can simply turn down your brightness and your migraine goes away, more power to you!
I'm an avid eink user, and the speed of my devices doesn't worry me when thinking about monitors. (I also already have a work iPad, and it's the least useful of my devices.)
