That's what happens when you work on a site without a square established script and without margins, I congratulate you on your work we should make it more normal to give the client a good time.
It is at times like these that you understand that if you are helping people from customer service centers, it is something unique to be able to achieve such close communication with a customer. I congratulate you.
The same thing happens to me, I feel like I did my week when I achieve that, in addition to helping him we spent a good time talking, which is not something very common to see or feel in this branch of work.
When you do that you earn the right to call yourself the best customer support of the week or month until someone else does, or at least that's the way it is in our office, it's a small bet we have and it makes everything flow in the direction of make you laugh more than in the address of complaints about customers.
