Does anyone have insight as to the comp range at Amazon for an L7, non-technical role? I know the base is pretty set, but looking at levels.fyi the total comp range is so wide I can't get a read on what's realistic. I understand their RSU vesting schedule but when they ask for desired total comp I'm stuck. I know I can shoot high but don't want to get carried away. Thanks to anyone who can help!
