Hi Fishes,
I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?
People who do a successful career switch, please share your stories. In need of some motivation

As a mediator, I think you could make a smooth transition into mediation if that's the part of family law that is interesting to you. Becoming a certified mediator really depends on where you live and what type of mediation you would want to do, but in my experience it's a very fulfilling job to help families mediate outside of the courtroom
Mediation is a good idea, but if you're looking to get out of the most intensive emotional labor of the job, mediation might not be for you. I would also suggest legal writing or consulting, since you'll gain a little distance but still be able to use your family law expertise.
