Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

It’s a challenge, but decent results are achievable. Have you tried these techniques?
Be explicit with your prompt, describing the setting in detail and keeping that consistent while changing foreground actions.
Use the same seed for each image to maintain consistency.
Generate one image, then use the variation feature to modify only the character's actions while keeping the background intact.
Hope this helps.
Very helpful
If you focus on creating the background first, you can use that as input for the next generation. Could also add to the background using Adobe
Adobe has been great for extra muscle in editing
Very impressive!
OP I haven't ever heard of that program, what is it and what is it used for exactly?
