I have got an offer from JP Morgan Chase.
Designation - Associate (602)
CTC - 33 fixed + 10-12% bonus (expecting total around 36-37 LPA)
Joining date - 15th Sept
Have accepted the offer letter. Wanted to know, how the offered CTC is compared to current market standards.

Alternate offer - Q2 software
CTC - 37.5 LPA (33 LPA fixed + rest stocks)

This is truly a vague question, but are you looking for honesty about what they have vs haven’t done? Can you tell when someone is trying to spin it? 20 year road warrior here. My wife & I made it work through teamwork & commitment. My weekends were spent at home. Doing family things.

I know a guy who (pre COVID) traveled every week, yet found time to do 200 mile weekend biking trips with his ‘crew’. Almost every weekend.

His family vacations always seemed to include a 500 mile bike race or some other extreme event.

He is now doing this in Europe (according to IG).
