Does anyone know of any remote Accounting positions for someone living in Pennsylvania? I have almost 8 years of experience covering AR, AP, Budgeting, Treasury/Banking, Financial analysis, Journal entries, just to name a few. I have worked for companies with internal Accounting departments. Any advice or knowledge of positions I can consider would be helpful!

For those working in house, how much “from scratch” document drafting are you doing vs. reviewing and revising “outside documents”. For example, if your company wants to enter into a joint venture company with another entity, are you drafting the company agreement “from scratch” or is it based on internal forms? Or are you getting outside counsel to do it?

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I’m starting to freak out a bit now that maybe I can’t do it. I have a tech background so can handle that part, but perhaps strategy may be difficult. Is it weird that I feel less technically knowledgeable after a year and a half of audit than when I graduated? I just started a technical accounting job, and there are glaring gaps in my knowledge of basic stuff I knew during college. I just never saw it in audit.
