These are B players with soon to be commoditized products...not a compelling institutionalized culture...
Their solutions have a shelf life and it’ll be hard to pivot to the next thing if you’re closely tied to any of these. Consulting is a better long term option unless you want to die on that hill.
In my experience software vendor professional services are a notch below consulting firms
I would be on the partner management/sales side.
Pwc- not sure what you mean. You think they’re small fish that will get bought? Or you think they have inferior solutions?
RPA is generally automating processes performed through human interfaces.
They are great as short term bandaids, but the long term solution is usually replacing outdated tech with modern API driven solutions.
Accenture OP - RPA players are all already struggling for differentiation. All the Indian outsourcing players have competitive options. It’s turning into a cost play very quickly - which means most of these companies may not have enough runway to grow, invest or establish a culture for scale - they will be acquired/ sold or taken private for reinvention
