I recently finished my Masters in Cyber Security and have a Bachelors in Software Development. As much as I love the technical aspect of my degrees, I think the happiest me would be in tech sales. I had found an opportunity at IBM for entry level sales starting in 2023 and was wondering if anyone had gone through this or the Summit program? Looking for insight on applying and would love to chat with anyone who has or currently works for IBM! Thanks in advance!

Not sure where you’re getting contradicting info but the below criteria is legit, it applied to me:
1. You will need to be a Senior associate and atleast 1 year with the firm.
2. Needs to be in good standing
3. You will need to initiate the convo with HR
This is the one

The reason why the firm can't file a GC as an associate because there is a high chance that your labor market test will fail as there is a lot of local fresh graduates in the market. Even for a senior associate level, it doesn't guarantee that you will have a successful labor market (mine failed this summer). The higher the position is, the higher chance of having a successful recruitment due to a more complex job description
Yeah that makes sense. Appreciate the reply!

The answers are different coz there is no fixed policy like Deloitte or other firms. It can start anytime depending upon leadership and HR blessings. If you are an experienced senior, they won’t start unless you are a manager.
