Why do the Big 4 Indian firms compete with their offshore entities and poach projects from international clients? Don't think the offshore entities try for projects from Indian clients.

Hi. I am a Transition teacher in California. I would like to know what is the ratio of students to staff for community outings in your districts? I have been teaching in my district for 20+ years and it has always been 4:1 ratio for our moderate/severe transition classes. During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

How important is a master's degree for your career? Can you have longevity and thrive in the tech world with just a bachelor's? Asking this because I've been preparing for CAT this year and I feel like my preparation is only good enough to get me around 90-95 %ile which is not enough to get a call from the top IIMs. I've been preparing alongside my job and its been a tough 3 months. Should I spend another year preparing and appear for CAT 2023 or should I give up and prepare for interviews?

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer. YouTube has lot of resources but confused on which one to start with. I have an interview this Tuesday in another 2 days.
