Does anyone use one of the AI powered workflow tools like asana, glue, etc?

We work on an insane volume account with a crazy client. It is what it is. Our team actually loves what we do, but day to day it’s like the wild Wild West and gets exhausting. We work in slack and in person because updates come so fast we don’t even have time to use a PM system. But the idea of a workflow tool that integrates with slack or something like glue is very intriguing vs adding another point of data entry.

What is the perception of a McKinsey solution role that is a CSP? Can I exit to tech? Would the role be better than the T2 role I have now?

So my VP at my previous company felt bad and refused to speak to me or attend my farewell after my resignation. His reason was that I somehow betrayed his trust as he had promoted me just last year (after keeping the position open for 4 months and letting me take additional work load after the previous SM left!). Does this make any sense? I mean where does this sense of entitlement or ownership over the employees come from? No wonder the company in question is kind of facing a literal exodus!
