Does fixed salary in Capgemini exclude employer's PF contribution?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

Wiproites anybody joined wipro through a conversion from vendor payroll?how does contract to hire work in wipro?my wife works for wipro, but on 3rd party payroll. She was told by wipro manager that even if her parent company doesnt agree, wipro has the clause to automatically convert contractors into permanent hires. Whats the procedure?pls throw light

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
