1. You can’t reimburse the gym membership directly, but you get discounts on gym memberships to many local and national gyms.
2. You get $300 (or something like that) every quarter that you can use for anything (and many people choose to use this for their gym memberships).
It is available to ALL client facing associates and SA across the firm that are in 'good standing'. Should be under 'My Total Rewards' section .

Very limited gym options available at a discounted rate through the health and wellness page. Equinox and global fit.
Now that I look at it again global fit has more options than it used to in my area.
Funny you asked because it was just posted on the home page that the firm is transitioning from LifeWorks to Aetna Resources for Living for the new employee assistance program. Per the pdf linked in the article, Aetna has discounts at many gyms.
Yeah but those corporate “discounts” are typically between 1 and 6% on average. It’s more of a marketing scheme by gyms and the firms to put up a facade of caring about you. There are no real savings versus going out and signing up on your own when some other (and probably better) promotional deal is going on.
