Worked for 10.5yrs in Infy Package is 11L and now I have an offer from Enquero(Genpact) for 20L and as a counteroffer from Infy:- 40% hike + Canada visa or 70% hike

Please suggest which will be better for the long term for Testing(Automation/Manual)

PS: I have not considered a Canada visa

My company has given me a promotion without a raise. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

Little background:

Asked for promotion in late 2020 - was required to skill up, after skilling up, asked again about when I'll be promoted and was denied because there is no "vacancy" for it.
Got my annual hike in Oct 2021 without the promotion. I asked HR last week again and got a random announcement email saying my promotion is w.e.f Oct 2021. ( and no raise for the newly promoted role).

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. @PWC is worst company for freshers. They are force innocents to resign by themselves and threating then to not to mail anyone and not share this context to anyone worst company, if layoff means ok removing and threatening to not to disclose to anyone means the have lost every single moral.
