I saw many posts where everyone is saying don't join Synechron it's hire and fire based company.

Hows the internal clients project interview?
How hard are they? Do we need to struggle alot? Is it a safe ? How many chances are there for internal interview?

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.

Once we are on bench in Morgan Stanley client, Will they assign any other project in synechron?or we will be on bench for longer days?in syenchron.....Is there anyone working on Morgan Stanley client and got released once project got over?
