I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

I have applied for BNP Paribas, Command center lead role from LinkedIn. Though it is only 3 days,I didnt receive any updates till now. My only concern is in one post it says no more applications accepted and other post it says actively hiring.

It's the same across commercial as well.
No WLB -- only talkshow.
Unrealistic delivery timelines and frequent requirement changes.
Me and team having been working 14-16 hrs every day for the last 6 months.
No recognition -- only to favourites.
I'm sure attrition will be high post appraisals and bonus in 2025.
Sad to see such potential being wasted.

So WLB should be important and we should priortizie that over anything else.
True bro but the tech side is suffering the most. I have friends in commercial side and I know things are not good as they potray. I can to stay forever a long time but now I won't be staying more than 1.5 years or more
My workload in LCCI has definitely increased by a lot in the last 2 years. My team often works late into the night.
Even the US folks have begun to take our constant availability for granted. Some people there (not all) see LCCI as a resource pool to get work done ASAP without regard to WLB.
We Indians are also at fault for failing to draw boundaries.
But managers at LCCI consider feedback from US folks as God’s words and give improvement plan for their reportees without considering that employees at LCCI are overworking with no WLB.
