Drove 50 minutes in rush hour traffic for my latest interview. Got to the site to find they were no longer in suite shown online, so I called my interviewer. “WHO THE HELL IS THIS??… Click.. I then located the new suite they had moved to … and went in. Announcing myself when asked.. one of the techs went to the boss , “I think that s the guy you just hung up on…” To which I replied Yes I am .” Interview was obvious from there . Even though I knew the computer system, have years of experience.

Who is still in denial about a housing correction? The Fed just made another .75% increase. Powell said they won’t stop until inflation is 2%. He also said a recession would be better than the consequences of unchecked inflation. He announced he will bring rates to a “restrictive level” until “the job is done”. He said that labor demand needs to soften (ie: layoffs). He very explicitly said he wants to slash demand and that housing needs a “correction”.

If you do billable work on a given PTO/vacation day, do you still count that day as vacation? Or do you get that vacation day "back"? Or do you only get the part that you billed "back"? (Or some other option.)

Help? Anyone working as a project manager or Pharmacy Applications Analyst at Kaiser? I have been a Pediatric Oncology Pharmacist at Kaiser for the last 10 years. Am moving to project manager role and am about to negotiate my salary. Any advice? Not sure what range Kaiser employees earn for this position.

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?
