Am moving to project manager role and am about to negotiate my salary. Any advice? Not sure what range Kaiser employees earn for this position.

Having a baby and looking for consulting exit opps. I’ve been in strategy consulting for two years and recently promoted to manager. All projects were in tech or LS. I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. I think people will become enraged or indifferent enough to allow the federal government to take over healthcare. How many times do we see people getting free prescriptions via government coverage that drive better cars than we do?
