I work for McKinsey, as a 2nd year EM (about to be AP within next months) consistently being rated 4/5 and being interviewed for a consulting firm in UAE

Current salary is 235.000 USD ***NET*** (13k net monthly + 81k net in bonus; to make fair comparison)

Any recomendations on salary I should ask? Any recommendations on what role I'd be applying/should be ok? (they haven't disclosed that yet)

Bit of a niche topic: I’ve been in TS/SCI processing for a Science/Tech/Weapons analyst position with the CIA for 3 yrs since I finished grad school in chemistry, but CIA positions are sort of set it and forget it since they can take so long.
