EPFO Clarification Pls!! My first company total CTC was 4lpa and joined in 2022 with monthly Basic pay < 15k on EPFO portal I see pension contribution starting from First company. Does that mean I am eligible for EPS. I switched 2 times after my first job and the Pension contribution is continued in all of them. Is this correct? Theres so much confusion regarding EPS. I dont want hassle later. Can someone Please clarify?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."
