So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

I love the L’Occitane serum!! My acne is consistent but mild so never quite bad enough for medicated creams, but the serum has been doing great things for my skin and hasn’t made acne flare up
Thank you! I think i am getting to the point where my acne issues are not as bad and I can consider these products! So thank you!!

I have acne-prone skin and here’s what has helped me a ton:
1) Cleanser (gel or milk) by LaRoche Posay
2) Soon-Jung Relief Toner (ph balancing, buy from Soko Glam)
3) Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment (in place of a traditional runny serum)
4) Oil-Free Moisturizer / Dr. Jart Tiger Grass Cream (only, if sh*t is really red and crazy)
Thank you! Will check them out!!
I use l'occitane everything. Hair and skin. Love them.
When I was younger I had acne prone skin and wish some of these products were available. However, I'm post menopausal and body is dry.
The almond oil rocks. I have the shower and the body oil. Smells wonderful and so silky without being greasy.
Strange that my face is still greasy as hell. I don't complain though. I'm 57 and people think I'm 40. I truly believe it's from oily skin. Something to look forward to ladies 😁
I get acne occasionally & Estee Lauder adv night serum made me break out!
