Evaluating my next move but struggling to benchmark my current state. Currently a 4th year partner in public company technology consulting. Base in low 400s, annual bonus $175ish, and stock $200k on a four year vest. Consistently a high performer (top 5% in metrics) and have a great team 35+ people. Debating jumping to a competitor or going independent but not sure if it’s worth it. How much more lucrative is the external market right now for strong performers.
