My current work exp is 5 years across 2 big 4s and a KPO in India. How much hike should I quote if I clear the interviews here? Presently my CTC is around early INR1000Kp.a. Also are they giving options of a permanent WFH post covid? If not can I work from some other office such as HYD, BLR instead of NCR?

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. Feeling a tad intimidated! Any tips would be so very appreciated!

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction.
