EY Fish, coming over from PwC. Does the Roth 401k have ability for in-service withdrawals (eg. mega backdoor Roth)?

80K Base. No 401K. Maxing out Roth IRA and Traditional IRA. ~2k student loans left. What else should I/can I be doing to head towards retirement and also not get bent over with taxes?

I am currently on resignation with a bunch of offers. So I've to make decision specifically in regards with :
JPMC : 20 LPA (Fixed) and 3.9 LPA variable+benefits
Legato :. 24 LPA all fixed along 1 Lakh of benefits like free cab, shift allowance, free health insurance etc.

For JPMC I've to relocate and unknown areas can be costly in initial months plus even one visit back to my home via Delhi will cost 15-20k. While Legato is giving Gurgaon and it's like my 2nd home just 200km far.

Okay so! I’m a guy and I have curly hair - I interchange between two products or sometimes I do a combo of them. However sometimes my hair dries so nice and my curls look hydrated and shiny and then other times it dries and it looks like legit moss, does anyone know why that is? I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year
