EY folks in the GPS Tech Consulting group, will you please share your experience so far in terms of your peers, the clientele, bonus/salary range for a senior consultant, your leadership? I am being recruited and would love some real insight!

Am I getting paid below market? 8 yoe + MBA, $200k base in big tech, $20k sign on, ~$50k in annual stock + addl annual refreshers. No bonus. Know this is a lot of money in general but feeling like this is not capturing market value.

How much should a senior email designer/developer make? I make 77k USD and feel like I’m underpaid. 😕

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. My question is those currently in an HR role, would this move make sense to you?

I'm in salary negotiations for a great role, but there's a small gap (~$10k) to even match my old salary. They have most of the obvious benefits like unlim. vacation, low healthcare premiums, 401k matching, permanent WFH, etc.

Right now, severance pkg. and a more senior title are most important. Has anyone negotiated a title bump? Outcome?

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something.
