Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. Hi Sharks, I need help. I have approx 10 yoe in DWBI, ETL, AWS, Python, SQL. I need to switch. WLB is my priority. Due to current work hours from 10 am to 10 pm and some time 11 pm and 12 pm I am not able to give time to my wife, my kid, myself , my health. I used to call my parents every night and talk to them for 45-50 minutes. Now I get to talk to them for 5-10 min and some days not even this. Due to this I am not even able to fully concentrate on work. I am feeling very low. Pls suggest.
