I have my Dropbox appointment for H1b stamping .
I have taken PTO for 3 weeks but Chennai consulate is taking about 6 weeks to complete . My question is should I apply for PTO for another 3 weeks or should I take LOA (no sure if I’m allowed to take on H1B visa)

I have received a offer from Dubai based company of 16k AED per month. They are providing employment visa of 3 years to me. I have 3 members of family including me. I have to manage flat etc on my own after one month.

Deloitte onboarding E-mail says , it background verification is not complete by target start date , they can postpone the date last minute.
I have 14th march as a start date and I don’t know my background verification status.
