Do you equate this to stack ranking during the performance review cycle? Positioning teams and peers against each other due to pressure not to take time off unless on the bench which you can’t exactly plan or predict.

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes ..
