when will synechron release offer letter after HR discussion? Why don't they give clarity on when will they release offer letter?

Just wondering about how is the WLB in HSBC account of Synechron? I am reading so much of pros and cons on Glassdoor and here. Some are saying the cons like Hire and fire are a FAKE news.

I have the highest offer in hand from Synechron with HSBC client. PLease help me make up my mind that I should join them or not?

I have another offer with LTI as well but just a marginal difference in pay, and Location being Mumbai. Should I choose LTI instead?

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?

Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket. When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
