EY peeps. Is $5K sign-on bonus a real thing? Why some got it and some did not?

27 / F / NYC/ 53 k... hired as an entry level three years ago and higher ups refuse to budge my salary more than a few % each year, even with a "promotion". It's hard to move from a 1st job tho 😞

I work for a company that manages and distributed for 7 international brands. I am currently the e-commerce manager, over seeing a team of 4ppl, and we manage the customer service and experience /website for 5 (6 soon) of those 7 brands. I currently make 75K with bonus probably 82K. Do you think I’m being low balled? Should I ask for a raise?

I have recently moved to UK from India where i was working for 10-12 years earning above average salary. Here in UK my earning is not quite there as far as purchasing power is concerned. Especially with single income and two small kids.

I am looking forward to HR round for Macquarie Gurugram. All rounds went well except for numerical reasoning section in psychometric test. My yoe is exactly 8 years. My current CTC is 16.2 and expecting raise in current company in 2-3 months.

Q1- What is the maximum I can demand in Macquarie in HR round? Initially, before interviews started, I mentioned 27LPA (negotiable). I have a past offer (not current) of 25.5 LPA.
