Are any New Yorkers into hiking?
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

For weekend travel, Florida is a good option considering lesser flight time. Orlando, Tampa and Miami are some options.
NYC would be a good weekend option too.
Also Smoky mountains is another option.
DC is good for a weekend getaway.
Dc , smoky, Denver (Rocky, Mt Evans , pikes ) , if possible Niagara and NYC
I know it’s an extra hour flight time compared to other suggestions but try Grand Canyon. Took family there and everyone loved it. Dad still talks about it!
Thank you, all. Definitely doing NYC. I think it would make sense to add Niagra to the trip too. How many days is ideal to spend there? Is accidently crossing over to Canada an issue?
Can plan a trip to Walt Disney World
PwC2: My sister is very excited about Walt Disney World but the planning seems daunting. Have you been to Disney World? Any recommendations on how many days would be ideal?
Op- I am going there during the Labor Day weekend with my wife and mom. I am going there for 4 days. I have read anywhere between 4-7 days is must. There are 4 theme parks and 2 water parks so lot to cover.
