You're paid well.
Is it worth all this drama for 10-20k/yr at most? Why stay versus leaving?
I'm a 4th yr tech consultant Mgr making 125$, you're doing fine
7 yrs in at 122k, with a non target school MBA. You’re doing good as is OP. If you want more, better to just leave. They may give it to you this year, but they’ll likely ding you in the years to come.
Thank you everyone for the reality check! Appreciate your advice
To be clear OP, what we're all telling you is - don't burn political capital on this, it probably isn't worth it. If you feel personally offended by your progression, look outside the firm. But cherish the PPMD willing to go to bat for you like this, and do their scut work with a smile until you quit!
You won’t get it. While the MBAs make more, you are paid near the highest for someone promoted continuously. Sucks.
Yeah I had a PPD willing to help me renegotiate but that was with me still making under 100 after 5 years at D. You’re doing more than fine for your experience and level.
OP- That's actually pretty good. I think they'll laugh you out the door unless you have a reallyunike skill set and are selling work
If I were to jump to another company. Looking through Glassdoor to get market salaries. 🐠 from other consulting companies- any estimate on how much you think I would make with that experience at your company?
Addn. Details- work as a tech consultant here in healthcare, just completed 5 years at Deloitte and should be a manager next year, have an undergrad in computer engr.
You literally have no information that is helpful. Role? Quals, education?
@EY 1 sorry was still updating my original comment. Let me know if you need additional info
I'm 7th yr SC making 115k only. You are doing so well !! Time for me to look for new job...
3 years in @ 102 + 10% bonus. Not at D though
