Few days back, I took interview in kpmg Netherlands for Senior Consultant's role.
I've 4yoe.

It was a good discussion and recruiter was quick in giving the results.

But now I am waiting for round2 and no info is there.
I've read some reviews on Glassdoor regarding KPMG NL's interview process, which are not so good.

Can someone suggest if should wait or let it go?

Also, if someone can suggest the salary that I can expect for 4 yoe, senior consultant's role in Netherlands?

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.

As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? Too many questions on hikes for last year : For SC / MC team it was 25 to 45 percent without , as they did market correction and it happened after missing a year of hike

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help.
