Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months.It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup.In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much.But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

Mine got completed within 5 days and got the employee id, joining Date through after that
But they've postponed the joining Date to 12th of January
Same for me as well
percentage doesn't matter , joining date and workday acount creation matters
If my bgv is 88% then it's means my all the bgv task completed without any issues right?

88% means that it is complete except for verification with your current organization, which they won't do until after your LWD. You will get joining date soon, check with your recruitment POCs and send them a reminder email asking for DOJ if you feel the need to.
Once accepting the offer by sending signed copy.. can we start resignation process without getting acknowledgement from HR..?
If your notice period is 90 days, Then yes.
If not, I'd suggest you to wait atleast 10 days from the date of your offer. In my case,they initially said my joining date would 5th Jan but after bgv they postponed it to 12th Jan. I resigned 20 days from the date of their offer
