First time I took my first born at 2, he screamed and cried the whole takeoff then passed out on me. I couldn’t move, but flight attendant came by with free beers the rest of the flight.
The flight attendant sent by God
It definitely gives you a new perspective when you’re on flights with kids in the future.
I remember taking our first flight with our oldest (18 months or so at the time). I had booked first class seats for the LAX<>CMH flight. My wife and I were 28 at the time and got the dirtiest looks from the first class passengers.
Similar happened on my honeymoon. Business class Hong Kong to Auckland (12 hours). This couple got on in business class (the two seats in the middle where you can join the beds) with baby about 8 months old.
I was furious. As if somebody would ruin my honeymoon by bringing a baby to this flight!
The baby slept like a baby. However I was asked to be quiet several times for both crying and laughing too loudly during the several romcoms I watched😂
