Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Unlike H-1B status, H-4 status is not specific to an employer as such your clients family H-4 visa is dependent on the continued validity of the H-1B principal's status. if he’s changing jobs, he’s considered to be in status once a COE is filed and receipted by USCIS, (also filing a COE petition does not invalidate his current H-1B or their H-4 visas. So far as his I-94 and H-1B visa is valid and they have a valid visa, they can enter the US and do not need to do anything else.
