I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Curious on whether people are thinking about the ethics of their exit company when deciding to move?

Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest

I've spent a good amount of time working strategy, product development and change management/PMO projects . Data Scientist by training with a small amount of DD and financial modeling experience - so hopefully have the analytics chops to learn new skills as needed.

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent. The cheapest ticket in the whole arena, basically top row so you can’t see crap, is $506 before you start with the fees!!! Am I wrong or is that just bananas???? But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it.
