Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. Companies especially startups expect you to not keep interviewing when you accept a job offer. “It can deteroriate your brand.”

But companies would replace you in a heartbeat for almost any reason. Including interviewing a candidate who will replace you (you will be fired as soon as they find a person).
