Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Anyone got recruited for Pune location recently? My interview process has been completed and asked for documents on 23rd Dec, but till now I haven’t got any update after that. Today i called HR and they said manager has not provided any update on my application. Should i wait for the offer letter or look opportunity in another organisation? Deloitte Deloitte India

I prefer when there’s an image or two and the idea is set up and explained in one or two sentences.

I’ll usually watch the case studies for their first 3 projects, but not after that, it’s just too time consuming.
I’m also a pretty firm believer that a good creative should be able to communicate the idea in the writeup before I even get to the case, so the case vid should just be the cherry on top.

I often won't, so you should always have images and write ups as well.

It depends on a bunch of factors… how nice the website looks, how nice the thumbnail looks, if it’s won some awards (which aren’t everything, but let’s me know it’s been vetted and at least someone thinks it’s worth two minutes of my life), how long the video is, how interesting the first 15-30 seconds are.
If you have a great headline campaign maybe lead with that and then I’ll be more likely to watch the case study in your second project if I already think you’re work is interesting. Or have the project start with a headline ad that gets me hooked and have the case study below it

If it’s a cool case study, they will watch it. But most CD’s and recruiters will only watch your awards list and/or the first 3 campaigns in your book. I did notice that few CD’s commenting on some work that was last in my book. As if they wanted to show they really checked it.

I’d rather watch pre-roll ads on YouTube.

Yes, they are preferable to the 20 minute case studies with identical boilerplate VO telling you that something you’ve never seen before has over 1 billion impressions.
